This section is for providing information on various initiatives in the community.

Covenants
The committee assists the Board of Directors in inspecting the homes for covenant violations to improve the condition of our development. The support is provided individually and through street block captains.

Security
The committee recognizes security issues and presents safety information, suggestions and solutions to the Board of Directors and homeowners.

Beautification
The committee coordinates and assists in the design, planting and maintenance of Ridgewood Park. The committee also makes recommendations of additions to improve the condition of our neighborhood.

Special Projects
The committee is responsible for tracking and implementing suggestions for events and activities. (i.e. National Night Out, Neighborhood Clean Up)
